Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager who will lead the store in the GM's absence and support financial goals through floor leadership and staff development. This role models Visionworks values and drives a simple, human, and bold patient journey.

You will coach team members, coordinate appointments and services, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining accountability for store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability and achieve sales targets by guiding the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model the Patient/Customer journey and supervise staff in exam lanes and on the sales floor to ensure a flawless experience.
• Assist GM in managing doctor appointments, eyewear services, and customer needs to optimize patient flow.
• Coach and motivate associates to perform at high standards and resolve obstacles in the patient/customer experience in collaboration with the GM.
• Execute operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
