Job summary

Target Optical is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a WOW guest experience. You will collaborate with the Optical Store Manager to drive profitable sales, coach the team, and ensure best-in-class guest service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or customer service, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ABO certification is a plus. Join a brand with a strong focus on vibrant frames and customer value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Selling skills demonstrated in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong collaboration and communication within a store team.
• Critical thinking to solve problems and improve guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales.
• Meet daily sales goals through WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
• Lead and guide team to provide best-in-class guest experience.
• Provide floor leadership and supervise team for guidance and direction.
• Build brand awareness and attract new guests daily.
• Maintain partnerships with doctors and hosts in-store.
• Recruit, interview, train, and motivate Optical Team Members.
• Coach and develop Team Members to sustain WOW! Guest Experience.
• Ensure scheduling, guest retention, and brand initiatives compliance.
• Model the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
