Job summary

Target Optical in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. You will lead a store team, coach colleagues, and drive exceptional service while meeting daily sales goals.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; ABO certification preferred; 2+ years retail or customer service experience; strong communication and leadership skills. You will schedule coverage, support store operations, and nurture a WOW guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• ABO Certification is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience with demonstrated sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales.
• Delivers daily sales goals by exceptional guest experience behaviors.
• Inspires the team to deliver a best-in-class fashion and service experience.
• Provides floor leadership to ensure guests receive a WOW experience.
• Coaches and develops Team Members to improve performance and retention.
