Target Optical is seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager to ensure the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. The role requires leadership, clear communication, team building, and a focus on driving results while styling guests.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Optical Store Manager, delivering the daily sales goal, and coaching team members to maintain a best-in-class experience with brand alignment and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong selling skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to recruit, interview and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to coach and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to plan profitable store sales.
• Achieve daily sales goals through WOW! Guest Experience.
• Lead and coach team to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences.
• Provide floor leadership and guidance to staff and guests.
• Build brand awareness and attract new guests daily.
• Support partnerships with store doctors and hosts.
• Recruit, interview and develop Optical Team Members.
