Target Optical is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire the team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the Optical Store Manager to drive profitable sales, coach staff, and ensure flawless execution of the Target Optical Way.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance development and maintaining store standards to meet brand initiatives and guest expectations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store manager to deliver profitable store sales.
• Achieve daily sales goals by executing WOW! guest experience.
• Provide floor leadership for best-in-class guest service.
• Mentor and retain brand-aligned Optical Team Members.
• Ensure scheduling, guest retention and brand programs are followed.
• Uphold merchandising standards and store presentation.
