Job summary

Target Optical in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. You will lead and coach team members to drive sales and maintain a best-in-class fashion experience for guests.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Store Manager, recruiting and developing staff, and upholding brand initiatives. ABO certification is preferred and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Optical Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales plans.
• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
• Leads the team to deliver a best-in-class fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
• Provides floor leadership to ensure guests receive a top-tier experience.
• Supports the Optical Store Manager with partnerships with the doctor and host.
• Proactively recruits, trains, develops, motivates and retains Optical Team Members.
• Coaches team to deliver WOW guest experience through regular touch bases.
• Ensures compliance with scheduling, retention, and brand initiatives.
