Job summary

Target Optical is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to lead the guest experience and implement the Target Optical Way. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales and elevate the WOW! guest behavior daily.

Qualified candidates have at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 2+ years of retail or customer service, and ABO certification preferred. You will recruit, coach and develop team members while ensuring store presentation and brand standards are

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales to meet store objectives with the WOW guest experience.
• Provide floor leadership and guidance to team members.
• Reinforce brand standards, merchandising and store presentation.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop store team members.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing programs and promotions.
