Job summary

Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the GM's absence and support the achievement of financial goals.

The role centers on floor leadership, coaching, and delivering a simple, human and bold patient journey. You will promote profitability, guide associates in the exam lane and sales floor, and coordinate appointments and eyewear services to ensure every patient leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and sales targets by team accountability.
• Lead in patient/customer journey on floor and exam lanes.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Resolve obstacles in patient experience with GM partnership.
• Execute operations to meet financial and customer-experience goals.
