Job summary

Eyeglass World in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Optical Specialist to join our in-store team. This customer-facing role brings the Eyeglass World brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of final eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup.

You will guide customers through eyewear selection, perform finishing work and quality checks, assist with patient flow and store operations, and uphold brand standards to deliver a seamless, elevated experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with warm, confident, and personalized service.
• Support clinical and in-store flow, assisting with patient flow and screening as needed.
• Own finish and quality excellence with final adjustments and inspections.
• Operate with precision and care in order entry, tracking, and clean retail areas.
