The role emphasizes customer education, precise finishing, and a calm, knowledgeable presence to guide shoppers through eyewear selection and service steps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service is required.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills are required.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively are required.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction is required.
• Support store team in shared goals; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with warm, confident service.
• Guide eyewear selection, final fitting and product education for customers.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with patient flow, pre-exam support, and smooth transitions.
