National Vision’s Eyeglass World in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Optical Specialist to be the face of our in-store experience. You will guide customers through eyewear selection, handle final fittings, and ensure every order is prepared for a polished, on-brand pickup.

This role supports clinicians and store flow, performs finishing checks, and maintains organized, clean work areas while delivering warm, confident service that prioritizes customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the visit

• Own finish and quality checks, ensuring eyewear meets standards
• Operate with precision and care in order entry, tracking, and pickup
• Bring the Eyeglass World brand to life through service and presentation
