Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager for our on-site store to lead a high-energy team and drive sales performance. You will support the Brand Manager, coach associates, and partner with Clinical and Lab staff to deliver fast, accurate eyeglasses and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, analyzing performance, and ensuring lab production meets daily commitments. Retail leadership and a passion for eye care are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least 1 year in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals with outstanding service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to recruit, train and develop staff; partner with Clinical services.
• Oversee lab production to ensure Now Service and Ready When Promised standards.
• Perform customer repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses for timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery time commitments to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
