Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, mentor associates, and support the Brand Manager in executing plans that drive performance and a positive, results‑driven team culture. You will train and coach staff, partner with Clinical services and Lab Staff, analyze daily reports, and ensure timely delivery and quality for the Now Service promise while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives.
• Talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and coach store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and ensure timely delivery.
