Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager for an On-Site Store location. You will lead a sales team, coach associates, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to drive sales performance and deliver a positive, results-driven culture.

You will train, develop, and empower team members, partner with Clinical and Lab staff, and engage senior leadership to advance store initiatives. This role emphasizes ownership and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Leader with 1+ year in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong communication with diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and Lab Staff
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure goals are met
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report malfunctions
• Monitor delivery times to patients for 100% compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
