Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager in the United States to lead store sales, coach a team, and support the Brand Manager in executing sales strategies. You will empower staff, collaborate with Clinical and Lab teams, and drive performance across daily operations.

You will train, coach, and develop associates, manage recruitment, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining brand standards and meeting delivery commitments. This role offers growth within Now Optics.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and leading a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty as needed.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development plans for store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and the Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain performance metrics.
• Ensure lab production supports service promises and timely delivery of orders.
• Oversee brand standards in the lab area and manage equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and enforce 100% compliance.
