LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success through leadership and strong product knowledge. The role includes assisting customers, training staff, and overseeing lab or optical processes to ensure quality eyewear and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has retail and optical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage key store operations and acts as a responsible substitute store key holder when needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and sales skills.
• Familiar with cash registers and computers.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Optical measurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder.
• In lab, custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Train staff on lens and lab processes; maintain lab tools.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Create a safe work environment and maintain safety practices.
