• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; including recruiting, training and ongoing development.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Collaborate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production for Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Edge lenses, repair, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
