Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales performance and coach a dynamic team. You will partner with Brand and Senior Leaders to drive results, train associates, and ensure excellent customer service, while fostering collaboration with Clinical services and the Lab. A minimum of one year in retail leadership and a high school diploma are required.

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and guiding a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates in partnership with Recruiting and HR.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
