Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager for Stanton Optical to lead store sales, coach associates, and partner with the Clinical team to drive excellent customer service and results. You will train and empower staff, manage recruitment, and collaborate with leadership to reach aggressive sales goals.

You’ll oversee daily operations, analyze performance reports, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining brand standards and a positive, growth-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives
• Assist with talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and coaching
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and HR
• Analyze reports to ensure staff hit goals
• Ensure lab and production standards meet brand requirements
• Oversee timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment
• Perform simple repairs and lens edging as needed
• Maintain brand standards and report equipment issues
