Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager in our Florida stores to lead a high-performing sales team and partner with the Brand Manager on action plans that boost sales and customer satisfaction. The role includes coaching associates, supporting store operations, and collaborating with Clinical and Lab staff to ensure top service standards.

You will train, mentor, and motivate staff, drive daily/weekly results, and interact with Senior Leadership to shape store performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills to engage a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Assist with talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and develop associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Assist with customer repairs, lens edging, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
