Stanton Optical in Ocala, FL, seeks a Sales Manager to lead and coach the sales team, partnering with the Brand Manager to drive sales performance and operational excellence. You will empower team members, align with clinical staff, and ensure top-notch customer service across the store.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Support Brand Manager duties, often acting as Manager on duty
• Assist in store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and develop team members
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals
• Communicate with Support Center and HR
• Ensure proper lab production for Now Service and Ready When Promised
• Edge stock lenses and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues
• Maintain delivery time commitments to patients for 100% compliance
• Other duties as assigned
