Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the on-site store team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will assist the Brand Manager, supervise associates, and collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff to deliver Now Service and Ready When Promised goals.

You will have opportunities for training, career development, and exposure to senior leadership as you empower your team and own the store’s performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Recruit, train and develop store associates in partnership with recruiting and HR.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff hit targets.
• Ensure lab production supports timely, accurate orders and brand standards.
• Oversee repairs, lens edging and frame assembly to speed up delivery.
• Maintain 100% delivery times and compliance with service promises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
