America’s Best in Florida is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing optical store and deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage budgets, coach a diverse team, and partner with the Doctor to ensure top-notch care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store performance and guide teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold quality and service standards.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent with smart scheduling.
