Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail leadership; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic retail operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service focus with sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates for sales and service excellence.
• Monitor performance and drive customer/patient satisfaction.
• Partner with Doctor to ensure highest level of care.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and merchandising to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
