America’s Best, part of National Vision, seeks a General Manager to lead a high-energy store and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. You’ll supervise staffing, training, merchandising, and patient care, partnering with the Doctor to ensure top-quality eye care.

You’ll coach associates, manage budgets, and uphold safety and policy standards, with a focus on growth and internal promotions within a large optical retail network.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Monitor store performance and guide teams to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold standards in merchandising and service.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
