Stanton Optical is a fast-growing, full-service optical retailer seeking a patient-focused team member in California. You will greet customers, facilitate sales, and ensure a smooth flow between retail and clinical services while delivering exceptional service and eyewear expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or current enrollment in a related program.
• At least 2 years delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy for patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Collaborative, respectful team player.
• Results-driven with multitasking, prioritization and flexibility.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history and information, and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status updates on all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Edge stock lenses, assemble frames, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and notify management as needed.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
