Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint for patients in our Texas Longview store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and help connect our retail and clinical services teams to optimize the patient experience.

You will greet patients, collect information, perform basic tests, and support the team in delivering quality eyewear and services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services teams.
• Assist with patient history entry, pre-tests and basic eye care assessments.
• Support management with patient concerns and ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic lab tasks and repairs as needed.
