Job summary

Stanton Optical in Longview, TX is seeking energetic team members to join our patient‑focused retail optical center. As a Doctor’s Technician, you will greet patients, support clinical services, and help ensure a smooth flow from reception to the lab.

You will deliver outstanding service, gather information for sales, schedule appointments, assist with eye exams prep, and maintain brand standards in-store while coordinating with the clinical services team.

Qualifications

• You have an associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• You have 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• You communicate effectively with a diverse group and build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs and facilitate sales and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform pre-test procedures as needed.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and keep the lab area orderly and functioning.
