Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) in customer service, hospitality or call center environment.

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for price quotations, orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers and labs.
• Build rapport with customers and work to provide the best possible service.
• Process overstock/defective lens and frame returns; prepare documentation for product returns.
• Assist in assembling, packaging and labeling frames for monthly auto-kit mailings and maintain auto-ship lists.
• Use a PC to retrieve customer and stock information, track orders and update orders with correct data.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain order status and follow up on quotations and delivery information.
