Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in optical.
• Proven leadership experience in optical, retail, or healthcare management.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the optical dispensary, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, providers, technicians, and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing optical sales team.
• Oversee sales performance, inventory, patient flow, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and insurance claims, and timely financial reports.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, collections, and receivables.
• Implement promotional initiatives and provide input on product selection and inventory needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and our client.
