Job summary

EyeCare Partners in the United States is seeking a Licensed Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and oversee the daily operations of a busy ophthalmology office. You will manage staff, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and safety, while maximizing revenue and ensuring patient care standards.

The role requires managing doctor relations, KPI scorecards, and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA. A state Optician’s License may be required in some states; ABO/NCLE may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO and/or NCLE may be required.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors associated with the office location and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members including KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment and utilize tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and proper cash handling policies.
