Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager at Jordan Creek Mall to lead the in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach Opticians, assist customers with eyewear needs, and ensure accurate measurements and fitting.

The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to high optical standards in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work closely with Store Leader on staffing, policies, and store operations, while promoting a positive, knowledgeable environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO certification where required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management position leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and ability to uphold optical standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and explain options.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accurate details.
• Verify finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and coach the Opticians, maintaining high service standards.
• Report to Store Leader and support scheduling, HR policies, and operations.
• Oversee inventory systems and store processes to keep operations smooth.
