Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager for Orchard Town Center to lead the in-house Optical team, coach Opticians, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will consult customers, take measurements, and ensure eyewear meets specifications while upholding service standards.

The role requires a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years in management, a commitment to training, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) who has held a management position for 2+ years.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, mentorship, and adherence to optical standards.
• Keeps professionalism high and prioritizes team and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach Opticians on the floor.
• Consult with customers to meet eyewear needs and explain terminology.
• Record measurements, adjust eyewear, ensure finished products meet standards.
• Oversee staffing needs and support store operations and programs.
