Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking an outstanding Optical Manager to lead a sophisticated private-practice optical department. The role demands professionalism, a passion for excellence, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment with a discerning patient base.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, training a high-caliber team, and coordinating with doctors to meet office goals across multiple locations. Travel between locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience.
• Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role.
• Background in private practice strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.
