Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the optical dispensary, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Build partnerships with clients, providers, technicians, and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing optical sales team.
• Oversee sales, inventory, patient flow, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and insurance claims, with timely financial reports.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, collections, and receivables.
• Implement promotional initiatives and provide input on product selection and inventory needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and our client.
