Job summary

Vision Associates, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Licensed Practice Manager to lead the dispensary team and drive premium eyecare experiences for patients. You will oversee daily shop operations, staff performance, inventory, and budgets across a single or multi-unit optical location.

You will foster patient-centric service, maintain strong product knowledge, and collaborate with doctors and staff to meet practice goals while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Active state optical licensure must be maintained.
• Solid customer service and optical retail experience are essential.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and lead a dispensary staff with a patient-centric approach.
• Demonstrate superior product and process knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve mutual goals.
• Lead the team through coaching and performance management to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and attendance for the location.
• Take and record eyewear measurements and ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
