Responsibilities

• Oversee optical service activities and personnel, including staff scheduling.
• Plan and coordinate staff training.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure high patient satisfaction and quality care.
• Maintain frame inventory control and lab inventory/lab organization.
• Establish and enforce office policies and procedures.
• Have superior knowledge of vision plans such as Eyemed, VSP and Spectera.
• Market and promote programs, including trunk shows and patient appreciation.
• Oversee social media campaigns and programs.
• Oversee optical patient satisfaction and problem resolution.
