Responsibilities

• Perform daily optical lab operations and process patient orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively communicating delays or issues with lenses to patients or vendors.
• Order lenses and frames from labs or vendors based on vision plans.
• Perform shipping functions and maintain accurate records for time-sensitive shipments.
• Unpack and sort inbound frames and lenses for in-house trays or external labs as needed.
