Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of relative experience.
• Ability to meet department standards for productivity and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate delays to patients.
• Order lenses and frames from labs or vendors based on vision plan.
• Perform shipping and maintain records.
• Unpack and sort inbound frames and lenses to trays or labs as needed.
• Check orders for delays or back orders and resolve issues.
• Assist inventory, stocking lenses, and restocking as needed.
• Assist with ordering lab supplies and troubleshoot issues.
• Help move work efficiently through the department.
• Maintain company safety standards.
• Keep workstation clean and cooperate with other departments.
• Adhere to quality management and safety procedures.
