Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively communicating with patients or vendors about lens orders.
• Process lens and frame orders from labs or vendors based on vision plans.
• Handle shipping and tracking of orders and maintain related records.
• Unpack and sort inbound frames and lenses for in-house or external labs.
• Monitor orders for delays or backorders and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory; stock lenses and distribute trays; inspect and restock as needed.
• Assist with lab supplies, liaising with vendors for consumables and lens creation.
• Support department workflow and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to quality management and safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
