Job summary

Eyemart Express is seeking a Front Desk Associate (Optometrist's Technician) to join our team as a full-time member. You will assist the store Doctor, service patients, perform pre-tests, and support sales of contact lenses and eyewear.

In this role, you will handle appointments, process transactions, and maintain patient files in line with HIPAA policies while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting Eyemart's everyday low prices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience working in the optical industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Sell contact lenses and frame/lens options.
• Process payments and refunds using the in-house POS system.
• Perform administrative tasks and meet sales goals.
• Assist with insurance claims processing.
