Eyemart Express is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Associate (Optometrist's Technician) to support the Doctor in a busy eyewear retail environment. You will greet patients, handle pre-test procedures, and guide customers through contact lens purchases while promoting Eyemart’s values and promotions.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and accurate data entry. Training is provided, with an emphasis on work-life balance and flexible scheduling where possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in optical industry preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Assist doctor and optometrist with daily tasks.
• Sell contact lenses and communicate promos and pricing.
• Process transactions using the in-house POS system.
• Order and stock contact lenses; manage inventory.
