Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies.
• Process payments and refunds using the in-house POS system.
• Perform administrative tasks and data entry.
• Process insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (frames, lenses, coatings).
• Create and maintain patient files with HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct pre-test procedures as directed by the doctor.
