Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; schedule appointments per Resources Scheduling guidelines.
• Answer phones, assist with front desk tasks and collect payments.
• Assist with preliminary testing data collection under the Optometrist's supervision.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance coverage and preauthorization when needed.
• Discuss promotions and pricing with customers and promote discount club benefits.
