Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor Technician to be a vital link between retail and clinical services. You will greet patients, support sales, and help ensure a smooth transition from clinical to retail care while upholding PEG standards.

Work with PEG doctors and Brand Manager to meet daily goals, maintain patient records under HIPAA, and participate in ongoing training and certifications to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit and strong teamwork.
• Results-driven with multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Brand Manager and Clinical Field Trainer to meet operational and clinical goals.
• The PEG provides all clinical services and doctors supervise and guide technicians on clinical standards.
• Meet training guidelines, procedures, protocols and certification requirements.
• Communicate with supervising PEG physician for patient care guidance.
• greet patients and assist with promotions and sales.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records securely per HIPAA.
• Support clinical care as directed by PEG doctor.
• Be part of delivering an outstanding patient experience with the team.
• Ensure brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
