Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT seeks a CNC Machinist for back end night shift 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday). You will assemble tools, program CNCs, read ISO blueprints, and ensure parts meet specs in a clean room environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months CNC experience, familiarity with 3–5 axis machining, and strong math and communication skills. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree in machining preferred.
• At least 6 months of CNC experience in optical fabrication.
• Experience with 3–5 axis machining or vocational certification preferred.
• Intermediate math including geometry and trigonometry.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, MS Office and SAP.
• DMG, Hurco and Siemens control experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tools and position holders in machine spindles and magazines.
• Program CNC controllers via manual data input and generated programs.
• Set up tools and workpieces, adjust offsets and tool wear compensations.
• Read ISO blueprints and translate to part programs.
• Measure parts to ensure conformance and verify settings.
• Document actions and communicate across shifts.
