Job summary

ASML is seeking personnel for back-end night shifts to fabricate and inspect advanced optical components used in semiconductor lithography equipment. You will work with CNC machining, gloss surfaces, coating deposition, and precision assembly, ensuring quality within tight specifications while maintaining a clean room environment.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to standards, and teamwork. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree or vocational certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or vocational certification preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or related field helpful.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, interferometer.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Identify and escalate product or process quality concerns.
• Support production schedule execution and teamwork with engineering and management.
• Assist training for new and existing employees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, output, and cycle time.
