Job summary

ASML US, LP. in Wilton, CT seeks a disciplined technician to fabricate high-precision optical components for advanced semiconductor lithography systems.

You will operate CNC milling, grinding, polishing, coating deposition, and assembly steps with meticulous attention to surface quality and dimensional specs, while upholding safety and 5S standards. The shift is Back End Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday) with a 12-hour compressed schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or vocational certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and operate optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormal characteristics.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and respond appropriately.
• Identify and address product or process quality concerns promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve efficiency.
• Learn and apply new skills to tackle more challenging products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and output.
• Document time and progress accurately.
