Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking team-oriented individuals to fabricate high-precision optical components for advanced semiconductor lithography systems. You will operate CNC milling, grinding, polishing, and coating processes, maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Roles include 12-hour back-end night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), with a compressed work week. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or vocational certification preferable.
• Experience with measuring equipment (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, interferometer) desirable.
• Participation in continuous improvement efforts (quality circles, kaizen) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and visually identify abnormal characteristics.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify and elevate unsafe conditions.
• Identify and elevate product or process quality concerns promptly.
• Perform work to support area and factory schedule execution.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve efficiency.
• Learn and apply skills to tackle progressively challenging products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, output and cycle time.
• Inspect and map glass surfaces for defects.
• Clean optical surfaces of particles and contaminants.
• Record time and attendance accurately.
• Assist with training new and existing employees.
