Job summary

ASML Holding in Wilton, CT seeks an Optical Fabrication Technician to produce high-precision optical components for advanced semiconductor photolithography equipment. You will machine, grind, polish, coat, and align glass parts with meticulous attention to detail, following safety and quality standards.

You will work a twelve-hour night shift, Sunday through Tuesday and alternating Saturdays, with a 5S workplace, and collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Experience with measuring equipment such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, and interferometer preferable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormal characteristics.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and escalate product or process quality concerns.
• Support area and factory schedule execution and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Learn and apply skills to tackle progressively challenging products.
• Document problems clearly with data and take part in continuous improvement.
